Cast of Characters

Main Character: 

Me, a late 30's single woman in Michigan.  I have a love for books, crafting, and writing, and a serious lack of fashion sense.  I also really want to adopt a baby.  

Mom (AKA Deanna): 

A woman of an age I won't mention who lives 18 houses away, is a really good cook, and who dries me crazy because she and I are so much alike.  She has strong opinions and doesn't hesitate to share them.

Dad (AKA Ron): 

A man of mid-60s age who is usually the definition of go with the flow.  He's got an interest in collecting coins, eating good food, and seeing his family happy.  He also has a serious lack of patience when it comes to waiting in lines.  I also happen to work for the same company as he does. 

Little Brother (AKA Ronald): 

My very tall baby brother who lives in Florida.  Time with him is infrequent, but appreciated.  Move home, baby bro!
